More than 30 years making industrial decisions from inside the industry.
Eron Beine is a Chemical Engineer with a specialization in Production Management and holds MBAs in Finance and in Business Strategy. He brings more than 30 years of industrial leadership experience, built at global companies including Rhodia, Duratex, Doux Group, Louis Dreyfus Company, Pilgrim's Pride, and Citrofrut, across the food & beverage, agribusiness, chemical, and construction materials sectors.
Throughout his career, he has led industrial operations with thousands of employees, managed multimillion-dollar P&Ls, executed major expansions, and turned underperforming operations into profitable businesses.
His experience spans both strategy and operations — from defining growth plans and evaluating investments to executing on the plant floor. That combination gives him a sharp view of how equipment and asset decisions affect capacity, cost, and competitiveness, and of what a customer actually needs from an asset to count on it.
